Job Details

Experience:

  • 3-12 years of experience in family law, including litigation and/or complex domestic relations matters.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, including discovery, negotiation, court appearances, hearings, and client counseling.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and emotionally charged situations with discretion and professionalism.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • A proactive, organized, and solution‑driven work style.

Licensing: Must be licensed in NY and NJ is a plus!

Additional Preferred Experience:
Background handling matters such as custody, support, divorce, property distribution, domestic violence, and prenuptial agreements.
Experience generating business or interest in building a practice over time

Compensation: Will vary based on experience and portable cases (not required for this position)
