Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diverse family law caseload from initial consultation through resolution
- Handle divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, support modifications, and adoption matters
- Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and court correspondence
- Conduct client meetings, depositions, and represent clients in court proceedings
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys while developing independent case management skills
- Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation/collaborative law processes
- Maintain detailed case files and ensure timely completion of all deadlines
- Provide compassionate, professional client service throughout sensitive legal matters
Requirements:
- J.D. from accredited law school
- 2+ years family law experience
- PA bar admission
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Commitment to professional, client-focused approach
