Family Law Attorney
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our legal team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law and a passion for helping clients navigate sensitive legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in family court proceedings
- Provide legal advice and guidance on family law issues
- Draft legal documents, including petitions, motions, and agreements
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
- Attend mediation and settlement conferences
- Conduct legal research and analysis
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Texas state bar and in good standing
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience practicing family law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
