Facility Support Engineer
BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Facility Support Engineer opportunity in Bothell, WA.
Title: Facility Support Engineer

Pay Range: $45/hr to $49/hr on W2
Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Shift: Night Shift B: 12-hrs (Thu-Sat) & (Wed-Sat)
Job Description:
* Able to complete all tasks listed in the CE Tech Level 1 role description.
* Take daily operational readings of all electrical equipment through routine rounds/log taking (temperatures, voltages, currents, etc.).
* Ability to follow operating procedures (SOPs) for critical environment planned work activities. Energize a cabinet in a Colo.
* Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) preventative maintenance quarterly and annually. System control panel preventative maintenance.
* Battery preventative maintenance.
* Assist in the troubleshooting, repair and replacement of instrument sensors and calibration.
* Ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work and comply with all physical security procedures and policies.
* Previous datacenter experience a plus.
* Fundamental understanding of the National Electrical Code.
* Preferred: Qualified Electrical Worker.
* Required: Experience with electrical systems in a high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environment such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields.
* Required: All candidates must hold an OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification. Required: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
* Required: 3+ year(s) work/applied learning experience in technical fields (e.g. automotive, electrical, controls, data center).
* Required: Able to work a flexible work schedule which could include 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, 3-, 4-, or 5-day work weeks.
* Required: Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Must Have skills:
Experience with electrical systems in a high availability assembly / manufacturing / critical infrastructure environment such as data centers, oil and gas refineries, hospitals, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related fields.
