TeleSolv Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Facility Operations Specialist to support government operations and facilities management activities across a diverse real property portfolio.
This position supports the federal government, and all applicants must be local to the designated duty location.
The Facility Operations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the Government’s ongoing mission by ensuring effective coordination of facility operations, maintenance, and repair activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple facility-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support acquisition activities, including assisting with documentation, tracking procurement actions, and coordinating project requirements.
- Assist with funding management and budget tracking, including monitoring costs and supporting financial reporting activities.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair (M&R) activities, including tracking project status, costs, scope, and completion progress.
- Prepare reports on facility maintenance, repair efforts, and operational performance for management review.
- Support facility operations management by monitoring maintenance work and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Assist in developing repair solutions and documenting facility-related projects and requirements.
- Maintain and update facility data in government systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
- Coordinate with stakeholders including project managers, maintenance teams, and government personnel to support facility operations.
- Track and manage documentation related to contracts, maintenance activities, and facility systems.
- Assist in budget planning and execution for maintenance, repair, and operational activities.
- Support environmental compliance tracking and ensure permits, warranties, and documentation are properly maintained.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operational needs.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Bachelor’s Degree required (may be substituted with relevant experience upon approval).
- Minimum of five (5) or more years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or related field.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust/Suitability Clearance through the Government.
- Experience supporting facility operations, maintenance, and repair programs.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience working with data management systems and reporting tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with facility management systems (e.g., TRIRIGA or similar) is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- OSHA 10-hour training preferred.
