QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field
  • Entry working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC basics, and appliance repair
  • Ability to diagnose problems and complete repairs independently
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift 30+ lbs and perform physical tasks in various conditions
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform routine and emergency maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry
  • Respond to tenant work orders in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with unit turnover, including painting, repairs, maintenance, cleaning coordination, and ensuring units are move-in ready
  • Conduct regular property and unit inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed and supplies used
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
