Job Details

This position is ideal for a hands-on facilities maintenance professional who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping operations running efficiently. You’ll be responsible for maintaining building systems, addressing equipment issues, and supporting a safe, well‑organized facility. No two days will look the same, and your ability to adapt and problem-solve will be key to success.
What You’ll Do

Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on the facility and production-related equipment
Diagnose and resolve electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural issues
Complete general repairs, including fabrication, welding, soldering, and carpentry tasks
Interpret technical drawings, safety procedures, and work instructions to execute jobs accurately
Use hand tools, power tools, and industrial equipment safely and effectively
Coordinate parts and materials and maintain accurate service and maintenance documentation
Promote safety, cleanliness, and compliance across the work environment
Collaborate with teammates and assist across departments as operational needs arise

What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance, facilities, or industrial environments
Working knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, welding, carpentry, and mechanical troubleshooting
Understanding of workplace safety practices; exposure to regulated or quality-driven environments is a plus
Strong attention to detail, dependable work habits, and a team-first mindset
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced setting
