HireCall is seeking a dependable Fabricator Shop Helper with experience in deburring, grinding and drill press. This role focuses on removing burrs, applying proper surface finishes, and assisting with aircraft and component assembly in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule
  • Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Extended hours may be required
  • Compensation: $16 per hour
  • Location: East Broken Arrow
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deburr fabricated, machined, and manufactured components made from various alloys
  • Apply surface finishes per blueprint specifications and finish callouts
  • Perform aircraft component assembly, including rivet installation
  • Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
  • Use calipers and other measuring equipment to verify dimensions
  • Operate shop equipment including:
    • Plasma cutter
    • Drill press
    • Grinders
    • Shears, metal cutting
    • Multiple types of welders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Work as a team to meet production and quality goals
Qualifications
  • Experience in deburring and aircraft assembly
  • Optional technical school training preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing/shop environment
  • Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
  • Ability to use hand, air and power tools
