• 2–4 years of dealership F&I OR subprime finance experience
• Proven ability to structure and fund deals independently
• Strong understanding of lender guidelines and credit analysis
• Detail-driven, accountable and process-oriented
• Comfortable working directly with ownership
• Structure deals to maximize approval rates and gross
• Submit deals to multiple prime and subprime lenders
• Analyze credit and optimize PTI/LTV structure
• Manage and chase stipulations
• Book and fund deals accurately in DealerCenter and Axis
• Reconcile funding and reduce funding delays
• Maintain compliance and clean deal jackets
• Improve overall funding speed and approval ratios
We are a growing RV dealership seeking an F&I Manager to take ownership of deal structure, lender relationships and funding performance in a high-subprime environment (80% subprime, 8–12 lenders).
This is a role reporting directly to ownership.
