The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of the property’s food and beverage planning and service, with duties to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

Provide personalized service to every individual you encounter
Maximize food and beverage department profitability
Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food and Beverage Department to meet the daily needs of the operation
Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibilities of the food and beverage department(s).
Develop, implement, and monitor schedules of all operations to achieve a profitable result
Implement effective control of food, beverage and labor costs
Regularly review and evaluate the degree of customer service, to enhance customer experience
Develop processes necessary to ensure exceptional experiences both internal and external.
Ability to ensure compliance with all local, state and federal laws and regulations
Perform any other duties as requested by leadership to aid in better operation of the property and service to the guests
Conduct Banquet Event Meetings with completed client event orders and direct staff for each individual role required
Requirements
Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong expertise in banquet execution, ensuring events are planned and delivered efficiently.
- Highly proficient in Delphi, utilizing the system effectively for event management and coordination.
Takes full ownership of outlets, overseeing operations and maintaining high service standards.
Capable of managing catering requirements when needed, including contacting guests to gather event details, preparing accurate price quotations, and entering all information into the system.
Extensive training in food safety, health codes and local and state restaurant laws
Possess progressive F&B operations experience including leadership, financial, and market analysis
Catering and Banquet Set Up experience and ability to conduct site visits with potential clients
Create Banquet Event Orders for Catering Events and be available to execute events
Has great interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Able to report to work for scheduled shifts
Able to work a flexible schedule, which may require work availability of nights, weekends, and holidays.
Able to communicate effectively in writing, verbally, and in person
Can maintain a clean and attractive work area, uniform, and person
Able to bend, reach, kneel, push, and stretch and lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds
Able to work for 8+ hours and work in a restrictive space/environment
Able to use/lift arms and/or stand for up to 10 hours
