Extrusion Technician
$16.00/hour | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | Monday – Friday
Overtime Available
We are hiring an Entry-Level Extrusion Technician with plastic extrusion experience. This is a steady, full-time position with consistent hours and overtime opportunities.
What You'll Do
Operate and prepare plastic extrusion machinery
Produce plastic bars, hoses, rods, and other tubular products
Set correct forms, lengths, and diameters per specifications
Sort and stage plastic materials
Install, test, adjust, and monitor equipment
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
Read and interpret blueprints and production drawings
Clean and maintain tools and equipment
Follow all safety and occupational regulations
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED
Plastic extrusion experience required
Basic math skills
Mechanical aptitude and good manual dexterity
Ability to stand and operate machinery for extended periods
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must pass background check and drug screen
Schedule
Monday – Friday
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Facility shuts down at 10:00 PM on Friday
3rd shift resumes Sunday night
Overtime available
