Job Title: 1st Shift Extrusion Operator
Pay: $20-$21 per hour
Hours: 7am - 3:30pm

As a General Laborer, you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations, ensuring the production process runs smoothly, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You’ll work closely with the production team to deliver results that make a difference.

What You’ll Do:
As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating and maintaining production machinery effectively to ensure seamless operations.
  • Assisting the extrusion processes to meet production goals and ensure quality standards.
  • Conducting quality inspections to verify products meet specifications.
  • Preparing and mixing wax products for various applications, including aerospace, medical, and art projects.
  • Leading packaging efforts for finished goods to ensure proper handling and presentation.
  • Contributing to a positive team environment and fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Managing a small team of operators to enhance productivity and workflow over time.

What You’ll Bring:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Prior experience in machine operation and manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of extrusion processes is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Location & Schedule:
This position is on-site in Hudson, OH, working the 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm.
