SEC Reporting Analyst
Overview
An innovative organization is seeking an External Reporting Analyst to join its corporate accounting team during an exciting period of transformation. The External Reporting Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely SEC filings, supporting technical accounting research, and collaborating with auditors.
Key Responsibilities
- The External Reporting Analyst will complete quarterly and annual SEC filings, including 10-Q, 10-K, and earnings releases.
- Research and conclude on ad hoc technical accounting topics to ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations.
- Act as a liaison with internal and external auditors, providing requested information promptly.
- Assist with complex accounting entries during month-end and quarter-end close processes.
- The External Reporting Analyst will help maintain accuracy and compliance across all reporting activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Accounting; CPA preferred
- 3+ years of SEC reporting experience
- Experience preparing 10-Q and 10-K filings.
