Job Title : Experimental Parts Coordinator

Job Location: Ankeny, IA

Job Duration : 12 Months+ (potential for extension)

Shift: Work shift: 1 st Shift Mon – Fri

Role Overview:

Provides hands-on manufacturing and quality engineering support by developing and troubleshooting production routings and laser programs, reviewing part documentation, managing inventory and material flow, coordinating with supply management and cross-functional teams, maintaining production reports, and supporting shop operations through technical problem-solving and basic design work.

Key Requirements:

• Create and edit manufacturing routings
• Generate programs for laser operations
• Review manufactured part prints
• Check production inventory and forecasted inventories
• Transfer stock between departments
• Communicate with other departments about material transfers
• Communicate with supply management on purchased parts and stock availability
• Update daily and weekly reports using Excell and other MS office tools
• Occasionally draw and model simple parts for shop
• Troubleshoot part requests from engineers
• Troubleshoot laser programs and manufacturing routings
