Job Summary:
We are currently seeking experienced sewing professionals to join our production team on 1st shift in Greensboro, NC. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, reliable, and committed to producing high-quality sewn goods in a supportive and mission-driven environment. Applicants must be willing to complete a hands-on sewing assessment during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines with precision and care
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete sewing tasks
- Produce high-quality sewn items according to production standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assist with basic machine maintenance and threading as needed
- Support your teammates and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
- Meet daily production and quality goals with a positive attitude
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of sewing experience (industrial or home sewing)
- Must pass a hands-on sewing test as part of the hiring process
- Ability to work seated at a machine for extended periods
- Attention to detail and strong hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sewing techniques and equipment
- Dependable attendance and time management
- Comfortable working in a team environment with individuals of all abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
