Constant interaction with attorneys, paralegals, real estate agents, loan officers, title companies and clients in a professional manner is essential. Attention to detail, the ability to handle and prioritize substantial workload and having an understanding of the need for urgency is vital.
Specific responsibilities will include
- Reviewing and negotiating real estate contracts.
- Attend closings representing buyers and sellers.
- Meet with clients to review real estate contracts.
- Proficiency with title clearance.
The ideal candidate will be an integral member of the team with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast paced, yet informal environment. Applicants must be familiar with residential buyer/seller/lender representation. Having an established client base to contribute to the growth of the firm is a plus.
