Experienced Property Manager

Providence Real Estate is seeking an experienced and dependable Property Manager to lead operations at The Stratford Apartments, our well-maintained mid-rise community in Sandy Springs, GA. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who understands that strong occupancy, consistent operations, and resident satisfaction are the foundation of a successful community.

As Property Manager, you will oversee the daily performance of the property and ensure it operates efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service. You will guide leasing efforts, manage financial performance, and support your onsite team in delivering a positive resident experience. This position requires sound judgment, steady leadership, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing leasing activity, prospect engagement, and tenant screening

• Maintaining strong occupancy and minimizing vacancy loss

• Managing rent collections and delinquency in accordance with company policy

• Coordinating with maintenance to ensure timely completion of service requests

• Monitoring budgets, controlling expenses, and driving revenue performance

• Ensuring legal compliance and accurate documentation

• Leading and supporting onsite team members

The Stratford is located in the desirable Sandy Springs area and offers residents comfort, convenience, and quality living. This position generally follows a Monday through Friday schedule, with occasional Saturdays and on-call responsibilities as needed to support the property.

Qualified candidates should have:

• At least three years of property management experience

• Experience managing a mid-rise apartment community

• Strong knowledge of leasing, collections, and community financial performance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Yardi experience preferred)

• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• A high school diploma or equivalent

Providence Real Estate offers a competitive salary of $75,000 to $85,000 annually based on experience.
