EXPERIENCED ONLY - TREE TRIMMER / CLIMBER

Artistic Treeworks has served the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas for over 40 years. We are not a training company. We are seeking a proven, experienced Tree Trimmer/Climber who can step onto the jobsite and work safely and efficiently from day one. This is a safety-sensitive position under the direction of an ISA Certified Arborist.

What You Will Do
Perform professional tree climbing, pruning, and removals using ropes, saddles, hooks, ladders, and aerial lifts
Identify structural hazards, decay, disease, and pest issues
Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, shredders, and aerial lifts—often in tight or hazardous environments, including near power lines
Execute cabling, bracing, bolting, guying, and structural support systems
Work efficiently as both a climber and ground support
Maintain, inspect, and care for all tools and equipment
Handle jobsite cleanup, debris removal, and material hauling
Communicate clearly with crew members and customers
Follow all instructions from the Owner or Supervisor—no shortcuts, no excuses
NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
2+ years of verifiable professional tree climbing and trimming experience
Ability to work safely at height all day, every day
Valid, unrestricted driver’s license and reliable transportation
Physically capable of strenuous outdoor labor for 8–12 hours per day, year-round
Availability Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays
Willingness to undergo drug screening
High school diploma or GED
Preferred (but not required):
Arborist Certification
Rigger Certification

Pay DOE (experience will be verified)
