Summary:

Do you enjoy caring for the whole person and supporting long-term health? Boulder Medical Center (BMC) is hiring experienced Medical Assistants to join our Resource Team in a multispecialty outpatient clinic. This full-time, benefits-eligible role offers competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and weekday-focused schedules. Specialty exposure includes: Family & Internal Medicine, Dermatology, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Urgent Care, Gastroenterology, ENT, Rheumatology, and more.

Why BMC?:

We are a local, physician-owned medical group with 20+ primary and specialty care departments, 90 providers, and 325+ clinical and support staff. Founded in 1949, we offer a supportive team, opportunities to grow your skills, and the chance to make a difference every day.

Unlike larger corporate practices or hospitals, physicians at Boulder Medical Center are owners. This independence allows each provider to make decisions that best serve their patients and the needs of our local community while maintaining the highest standards of care. It also gives their clinical teams valuable opportunities to learn and grow.

  • Physician-led, patient-focused: Our independent model gives providers and medical assistants the freedom to focus on personalized care
  • Team-based learning: Most providers enjoy teaching and mentoring, creating a collaborative learning environment for all clinical staff
  • Multi-specialty experience: Gain exposure in both primary care and a wide range of specialty clinics, including dermatology, OB-GYN, urology, ENT, and more
  • Work-life balance: Enjoy daytime and weekday hours, paid holidays, and a lower-risk clinical setting than hospitals

Job Perks:

  • Full-time employees are eligible for medical / dental / vision, flexible spending, company-paid life insurance, as well as several voluntary benefit options, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) and six (6) paid holidays annually.

 Job Duties:

  • Perform clinic administrative duties, including but not limited to, answering incoming telephone calls, obtaining and/or verifying patient information, patient check in/out, coordinate and facilitate accurate patient appointment
