Experienced Irrigation Technician

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in irrigation system installation and maintenance.
- Ability and willingness to work long days in all types of weather
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various types of irrigation systems.
- Strong understanding of irrigation system components, including controllers, valves, pipes, and sprinkler heads.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and resources.
- Ability to work as a team to assist other technicians as your own schedule would allow.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Certifications or training in irrigation systems preferred but not necessarily required.
- Complete start up/winterization of irrigation systems
- Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties.
- Install/repair a variety of controller styles and brands.
- Perform system inspections to identify leaks, malfunctions, or inefficiencies
- Troubleshoot and diagnose irrigation system issues.
- Replace or repair faulty components such as valves, controllers, pipes, and sprinkler heads.
- Program and adjust irrigation controllers to optimize water usage and ensure proper coverage.
- Conduct system tests to verify functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to address their specific irrigation needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Upsale water savings items, such as a wifi water smart controller
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
