Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced dog groomer who is passionate about animal care and aligned with our low-stress grooming philosophy. The ideal candidate is skilled, reliable, and thrives in a team-oriented, supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Perform full-service grooming including bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, and styling
Safely handle dogs of various sizes, breeds, temperaments, and coat types
Practice and uphold low-stress handling techniques
Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding grooming needs and outcomes
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace
Monitor the health and well-being of dogs and report any concerns
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of professional dog grooming experience required
Strong knowledge of breed-specific cuts and grooming techniques
Commitment to low-stress, humane grooming practices
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results
