Location: Meridian, Idaho

Compensation: $120,000 – $200,000+/year (based on department, experience,

and leadership scope)

What You'll Be Doing

As a Department Manager, you will:

• Lead and coach a team within one of our core departments (HVAC, Plumbing,

Warehouse, etc.)

• Create clear performance expectations and hold your team accountable

• Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training

• Foster a culture of growth, safety, and customer excellence

• Collaborate with other department leaders to drive company-wide success

• Track KPIs and help identify areas for continuous improvement

more interested in how well you lead people. Ideal candidates will

bring:

• Proven leadership or management experience (home services is a plus, but not

required)

• Problem-solving ability and a calm head under pressure

• A strong sense of accountability, fairness, and follow-through
