Your Responsibilities:                 
  • Triage all client printer/copier calls.   
  • Prior experience in maintaining and repairing copiers and printers, experience with Ricoh is a plus. 
  • Troubleshoot and fix copiers/printers in an assigned geographic area.   
  • Manage service delivery for assigned accounts, addressing escalations as needed.   
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and supervisors by opening tickets and escalating calls when required.   
  • Provide accurate feedback with call-closed information, part usage reporting, and customer meter readings.   
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end users.   
   Your Qualifications:                
  • Previous experience servicing printers/copiers is required.    
  • A positive professional demeanor with a Team Spirit   
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.   
  • Strong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and fixing things.   
  • Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and desktop technology.   
  • High school diploma or equivalent.   
  • Must be at least 21 years old or older with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence
