Experienced Commercial Construction SIte Superintendent

We have an immediate opening for an Experienced Commercial Construction Site  Superintendent with a strong background in concrete construction.
The following requirements are MANDATORY :
Must have at least 2 years experience in a commercial construction supervisory role.
Must be able to read and understand blueprints.
Must have experience in directing and instructing several crews on different jobsites.
Set and discuss goals daily and weekly with your crews. 
Ensure all crew members understand the tools they will be using. 
Manage the expected pace and quality of production. 
Contribute to the performance culture of the field team.
Energetic and goal oriented.
Motivated self-starter with a desire to grow continuously. 
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Values coaching and mentoring. 
Lead and oversee teams of subcontractors. 
Excellent communication skills. 
Updates to management. 
Wants to grow leadership skills and expand horizons. 
Must be able to work in outdoor weather conditions daily.
Must be able to write job reports.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
Must have a valid Texas driver’s license.

7 paid holidays per year.
