Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregiver to assist an individual with their daily morning routine, including personal care, shower assistance, and medication management. The ideal candidate is patient, detail-oriented, and comfortable providing respectful, hands-on support while promoting dignity and independence.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with morning routine (getting up, dressing, grooming).
- Provide safe and respectful shower/bathing assistance.
- Administer and/or manage medications according to prescribed schedule.
- Monitor and report any changes in condition or behavior.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment during care.
- Offer companionship and emotional support.
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving experience required (professional or family experience considered).
- Experience with personal care and medication management.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully.
- Strong communication skills.
- Must pass background check.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience
