• Performance-based pay with strong earning potential

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and service technicians

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and accurately write repair orders

• Schedule appointments and manage repair timelines

• Estimate repair costs and explain services clearly

• Consult with technicians on diagnostics, repairs, and alternatives
