Exercise Physiologist I

Position Summary
Plan, implement, supervise, and monitor exercise prescription and progression in groups and one on one. Educate, motivate, monitor and assist customers/patients to assure safety and a positive experience. Cultivate a customer/patient and family centered approach by including goals and wishes of the participant/patient in the exercise programming/prescription. May serve as team leader for specialty program of expertise. This position is based in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or an equivalent field is required.
- 0 to 3 years of experience required.
- ACSM certification required.
- Achievement of the Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) certification is something the candidate must achieve within 6 months of hire.
- Current BLS certification.
