What You’ll Do
- Build and grow client relationships
- Prospect and win new business
- Recruit and place accounting & finance professionals
- Manage the hiring process end to end
- Develop long-term partnerships with decision makers
Who Succeeds Here
- 2+ years in sales, staffing, or recruiting OR 1–4 years in public accounting
- Thrives in a sales-driven, entrepreneurial environment
- Confident communicator (phone, video, in person)
