Overview:
Our client is seeking an accomplished Executive Recruiter to drive high-level talent acquisition within the engineering and construction sectors. This role offers a unique opportunity for a strategic professional to play a critical part in sourcing and placing senior leadership, contributing to impactful projects and organizational growth. The position combines remote flexibility with a collaborative, fast-paced environment based in Milford, MA, supporting key hiring initiatives that shape the future of the industry.
Compensation:
Pay: $80-90/hr
Responsibilities:
• Spearhead the end-to-end hiring process for executive and senior-level roles across technical disciplines within engineering and construction.
• Collaborate with top leadership and hiring managers to establish role specifications, recruitment strategies, and candidate criteria.
• Identify and connect with high-caliber executive candidates through targeted outreach, professional networks, and industry research.
• Maintain robust candidate pipelines utilizing ATS and various sourcing platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive interviews to evaluate leadership qualities, technical expertise, and cultural fit.
• Facilitate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and negotiate offers with potential hires.
• Enhance the candidate experience throughout every phase of the recruiting journey.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze market trends, and update stakeholders on pipeline status and hiring outcomes.
Requirements:
• 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on senior or executive-level placements.
• Proven track record of recruiting within engineering, construction, infrastructure, or related technical fields.
• Expertise in using ATS and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and talent databases.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage complex, multi-layered hiring processes.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated capacity to work independently while juggling multiple high-priority searches.
