Job Details

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Project Assistant to support the CEO in daily assignments, special projects, and operational initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing tasks end-to-end, solving problems proactively, and keeping systems running smoothly.

In this role you will:

  • Execute daily assignments from the CEO with precision and follow-through
  • Conduct site visits to assess operations, professionalism, workflow, supplies, and cleanliness
  • Prepare written update reports summarizing activities, findings, and next steps
  • Maintain structured task lists, project timelines, and follow-up reminders
  • Conduct research, gather information, organize materials, and make calls as needed
  • Support vendor coordination, small improvements, and administrative duties
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism, discretion, and reliability
  • Ask clarifying questions to ensure accuracy and alignment with expectations

Requirements:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to follow directions precisely and execute tasks fully
  • Structured, process-driven mindset with a disciplined work style
  • Calm, professional, and personable demeanor
  • Excellent judgment and confidentiality in handling sensitive information

Preferred: 2–5+ years of experience in project execution, executive support, operations, or similar roles; healthcare experience is a plus but not required
