Our client is seeking a proactive, highly organized Executive Personal Assistant to support an Executive Director across both professional and personal responsibilities. This role will serve as a true right hand, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is sharp, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth coordination across professional and personal commitments
- Manage a complex and ever-changing calendars
- Coordinate domestic and international travel
- Handle inbox management and day-to-day correspondence
- Assist with personal tasks and errands
- Assist with projects across multiple organizations and initiatives
- Provide research, summarize information, and support decision-making
- Assist with organization and financial tracking for family office matters
Qualifications
- 3-7+ years of experience to c- suite executives
- Interest or familiarity with technology or AI-related fields is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and problem-solve independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and sound judgment
