Salary: $85,000 - $95,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities (Executive Personal Assistant):
- Serve as the dedicated right-hand to the Co-CEO, managing both executive and personal affairs with discretion and occasional flex availability for evenings/weekends depending on executive travel
- Oversee complex calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics across multiple priorities
- Oversee document management (DocuSign), correspondence, and high-level administrative workflows
Qualifications (Executive Personal Assistant):
- 10+ years supporting a C-level executive, owner, or principal
- Experience handling both professional and personal executive matters
