Executive Operations Support Intern - Summer 2026

Our internship program holds an 80/10/10 approach, meaning that 80% of your work time will involve performing tasks or working on projects within your hired work area. Another 10% of the time, you will be exposed to learning in other areas within your assigned division to get more corporate experience. Then, the final 10% will be spent in shared experiences across the organization, where you will get to really learn about our culture and work environment.
What You'll Do:
Real Estate Support
- Assist with opening and maintaining offices, including lease requests and documentation.
- Coordinate with IT, Marketing, and Field teams on office setup and maintenance needs.
- Track agent leases, office listings, and lease changes.
- Support occupancy and rent deduction reporting.
- Create presentations, including quarterly real estate updates and leadership reporting.
- Provide general administrative support.
Reporting & Analytics Support
- Help gather requirements and current reports to build a centralized reporting directory.
- Support documentation and communication with business partners.
- Organize and design reporting content for clear and intuitive navigation.
- Contribute to standardized Power BI templates and KPI-focused dashboards.
- Assist with reporting guidelines, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
What It Takes to Join Our Team:
- Be a current college student (Junior or Senior status).
- Be dependable, organized, and proactive.
- Maintain effective communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and be team focused.
- Learn quickly and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to work full time (38.75/hrs) a week in-person from our office in West Des Moines, Iowa.
