Household Operations
- Ensuring cleanliness standards are met across all rooms and specialty areas
- Overseeing laundry services, wardrobe care, and seasonal storage
- Managing household errands and logistics for travel
- Dinnner preparation
- Care of dogs, walking, washing, etc
Property Maintenance
- Scheduling and supervising repairs, inspections, and renovations
- Coordinating with contractors, landscapers, pool technicians, and others
- Monitoring systems: HVAC, security, electrical, mechanical, plumbing
- Maintain tech including TVs, security
Budgeting & Administration
- Managing the household budget
- Creating and maintaining household manuals and SOPs
- Tracking expenses, invoices, and vendor contracts
- Maintaining inventories (wine, art, pantry, linens, etc.)
Special Event Coordination
- Planning and executing events (dinners, parties, gatherings)
- Scheduling, invitations, table settings, decorations and flowers
Security & Protocol
- Working with security teams or technology systems
- Ensuring safety procedures and emergency plans are in place
- Handling confidential information discreetly
Requirements
-Extremely organized, meticulous and focused on cleanliness and orderliness
-5 to 10 years household management experience
- Available a minimum 40 hours a week and flexible to assist with after-hours events
-Animal lover
-Non-smoker
-Excellent communication and organizational skills
-Reliable transportation, insurance and clean DMV report
