Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the community to ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to all staff members, fostering a positive and productive work culture.
- Develop and implement strategic goals to improve services and achieve organizational objectives.
2. Resident Care Satisfaction
- Regularly engage with residents and their families to ensure satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
- Continuously assess residents' needs and create programs and services that support independence and well-being.
- Uphold and enhance the quality of life for residents by maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment.
3. Regulatory Compliance
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including housing and landlord-tenant laws.
- Conduct audits and evaluations to ensure adherence to all licensing and accreditation requirements.
4. Staff Development
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated professionals, ensuring they have the tools and resources to succeed.
- Provide regular performance feedback and opportunities for professional growth.
5. Community Engagement Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with local agencies, healthcare providers, and community organizations.

Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum two years in an assisted living or CBRF setting.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of housing laws and senior care regulations.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
- Resident Care: Background in working with senior populations, with a focus on their specific needs.
- Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
