Executive Director 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Director to lead our Assisted Living Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall management, planning, organization, and control of the facility's operations and activities. The Executive Director will ensure that the facility operates in compliance with all applicable regulations, and delivers exceptional care and services to its residents, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for residents, families, and staff alike.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the facility's team, fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the facility's mission, vision, and operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements, as well as industry standards.
- Oversee the development and management of the facility's annual budget, ensuring financial sustainability and operational efficiency.
- Maintain a high standard of resident care and services, while addressing and resolving any resident concerns or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, stakeholders, and families to enhance resident care and quality of life.
- Plan and oversee community outreach efforts to build and maintain the facility's reputation and occupancy rates.
- Act as a key spokesperson for the facility, representing its values and mission both internally and externally.

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field; Core certification is a must. 
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a healthcare or assisted living environment.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources within a residential care setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure and navigate complex situations with poise and professionalism.
