- Optimize community vitality by spearheading marketing and communication strategies that maximize enrollment and ensure the community remains a vibrant, sought-after place to live and work.
- Champion clinical and regulatory excellence by establishing rigorous quality benchmarks and policies that exceed industry standards while maintaining the highest ethical directives.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Nursing Home Administrator obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management.
- Previous experience as an Executive Director or Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility
