Executive Chef

1836 Kitchen and Taproom in Lovettsville Va is a upscale gastrolub focused on craft beer, elevated pub entrees and crafted cocktails. This position has full control of the menu, taste profiles, and all boh operations. You will work directly with ownership and management team to create a upscale, approachable menu focused on classic pub favorites and chef inspired entrees. This is not an administrative position. The Executive Chef is fully engaged in prep, line operations, and staff development.
