Who You Are 

We are seeking an Executive Chef who is more than a strong culinary leader. You are a hands-on creator, mentor, and team builder with a strong command of fresh seafood, raw ingredients, and raw bar execution. You bring culinary expertise, high standards, and attention to detail to every plate, while building a kitchen culture rooted in accountability, teamwork, and pride. In this role, you will help shape the culinary identity of Lucky Lou’s by delivering high-quality food with consistency, creativity, and energy in a fast-paced environment. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Lead a high-performing kitchen with a relentless focus on quality, consistency, and fresh seafood excellence  
  • Bring new menu ideas to life from testing to rollout with creativity, precision, and strong execution  
  • Set the standard for excellence through recipes, procedures, plate specs, costing, and kitchen systems that drive consistency  
  • Develop and inspire a strong culinary team through hands-on coaching, training, and leadership  
  • Partner with Operations to execute smooth product rollouts and impactful kitchen training  
  • Uphold the highest standards in food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and kitchen organization  
  • Drive strong business results through smart labor management, food cost control, inventory oversight, and waste reduction  
  • Help identify, coach, and grow the next generation of back-of-house leaders  
  • Create systems that improve flow, strengthen performance, and keep the kitchen operating at a high level
