We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations and elevate guest experience. This full-time, salaried role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team leadership, and is passionate about exceptional food.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and develop team members through coaching, accountability, and training. Maintain consistent food quality and presentation standards. Manage food, labor, and inventory-purchasing goals. Oversee ordering, vendor relationships, and waste control. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with ownership and the leadership team on menu development and seasonal innovation. Build systems that create consistency, not chaos.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 5+ Years of kitchen leadership experience. Proven ability to manage food and labor cost targets. Strong understanding of systems- prep and inventory control. Calm under pressure with a solution-first mindset. A leader who builds culture, not drama. Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills. A passion for creativity and quality.
