We re looking for an Executive Chef to take the helm of our flagship kitchen and help set the tone and pace for all restaurants within the Rams Head Group.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to shape menus, mentor teams, and elevate a brand with deep roots and big influence. As Executive Chef, you ll oversee daily culinary operations, ensure quality and consistency, collaborate on menu development, and work closely with management to create memorable guest experiences every plate, every service.

What you ll do:

  • Lead and inspire the kitchen team
  • Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
  • Manage food and kitchenware ordering
  • Ensure freshness, quality, and consistency of ingredients
  • Develop and standardize recipes and plate presentations
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen the Rams Head brand

What we re looking for:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef
  • Strong knowledge of food cost and labor systems
  • Passion for food, technique, and hospitality
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
