Status: Full-Time
Compensation: $55K - $80K / year

Overview:
Our financial services client is seeking accomplished and highly organized Executive Assistant is sought to provide high-level, confidential support to a member of the Executive C-Suite Team. This role is ideal for a strategic professional who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys being at the center of executive operations, planning, and communications.
You will act as the right hand to senior leadership, anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and ensuring that all administrative, board, and leadership functions run seamlessly. This is an opportunity to partner with an engaged, forward-thinking leadership team and contribute to the organization’s strategic success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, confidential administrative support to executive leaders and board members.
- Manage complex calendars, travel, and meeting coordination, prioritizing shifting needs with discretion and accuracy.
- Prepare and organize board and committee materials, including agendas, minutes, and presentations.
- Coordinate leadership and company-wide events such as strategy sessions, town halls, and team engagements.
- Create, edit, and maintain professional documentation including reports, communications, and executive presentations.
- Track and reconcile expenses; ensure compliance with internal policies and timely reporting.
- Maintain organized systems for strategic documents, policies, and key records.
- Serve as a liaison across departments, building trust and collaboration throughout the organization.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate exceptional judgment in handling sensitive information.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3–5 years of progressive administrative experience supporting senior executives or board members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and board portal systems. Familiarity with Concur, DocuSign, and Canva a plus.
