To support this expansion, they are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant / Office Administrator to join their Rockville, Maryland office. This individual will provide high‑level administrative and executive support while overseeing day‑to‑day office operations, helping ensure the business continues to run smoothly as the company grows.

Description

The Executive Assistant/Office Administrator - Rockville, MD will be responsible for:

  • Providing day‑to‑day executive support, including scheduling, coordination, and administrative assistance related to development activities
  • Providing executive and personal administrative support, including estate and personal scheduling and coordination
  • Managing complex calendars, meetings, and logistics across multiple priorities
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and materials
  • Organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  • Assisting with contract management, tracking, and organization
  • Supporting accounts payable and general administrative finance tasks
  • Serving as a key point of contact for internal and external communications
  • Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office operations and proactively identifying administrative needs
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Profile

The Executive Assistant/Office Administrator - Rockville, MD will have:

  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Office Administrator, or in a similar administrative support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
