Job Summary:
• Join our dynamic team in New York City as a full-time Executive Assistant, offering strategic and day-to-day support to senior executives.
• This role is perfect for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and can manage administrative tasks efficiently. Experience in real estate is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives.
• Manage complex and frequently changing calendars, scheduling meetings and calls.
• Oversee inbox management, prioritize communications, and draft responses.
• Handle document preparation, filing, and general administrative duties.
• Process invoices, track expenses, and assist with basic accounting tasks.
Qualifications:
• Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting multiple executives.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• High level of professionalism, judgment, and discretion.
