Our client, a Medical and Biotechnology Investment Firm located in Meatpacking District, Manhattan is seeking to hire a highly motivated Temporary Executive Assistant to start ASAP, supporting a team of 5 individuals with high-level support. The team is seeking interim coverage while the full-time search progresses, and this could evolve into a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidate. Requiring 4-5 days on-site between the hours of 8/9am-5/6pm daily. Pay rate $40-50/hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide dedicated support to five senior leaders: three are international between UK, Dubai, and China, and two are on-site in NYC (one of whom travels frequently)
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate heavy domestic and international travel, and reconcile expenses for these individuals
- Assist with Investor Relations-related coordination, communications, and business development efforts
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support broader team initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of prior experience supporting a team of senior level executives, financial services experience preferred
- Exposure to Investor Relations, communications, or business development environments a plus!
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly visible environment with international coordination
- Highly organized and adaptable, with strong judgment and professionalism
- Able to start immediately and commit long-term
