Job Summary/Company:  Sparks Group has partnered with an innovative leader in Aviation seeking an Executive Assistant support the head of their Latin American and Caribbean Region.   If you have a minimum of 4 years in planning international travel and events, creating C-Suite presentations, and overall EA experience with a global complex organization as well as fluency in Spanish and Portuguese or French, this is the ideal role for you.  Apply now and call 703-620-6444 for an interview 

Responsibilities:
  • Support in daily business including confidential and strategic topics, study, filter and prioritize working files, providing recommendations and following up on local implementation of decisions
  • Manage end to end travel logistics and credit card reconciliation ensuring compliance with corporate compliance and gifts and hospitality protocols
  • Handle office procurement and facility related work orders
  • Lead the planning and execution of industry, customer and staff events
  • Liaison with relevant stakeholders on various topics/events and ensuring on time deliverables of reports and other action items
Qualifications/Background Profile:
    • Must be currently local to the Miami Metro area

    • Ability to work in the US without current, or future, need of visa sponsorship/work authorization

    • Education: High School diploma required.

    • Minimum 4 years of international travel arrangements, event management, and document drafting.

    • Minimum 4 years of data visualization & presentations (C-suite level charts/slide decks).

    • Minimum 4 years of proven office management or executive assistant experience within a complex matrix organization.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish (Required). 

    • Analytical & Digital: Proficient in Google Suite and MS Office.
