Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- The Executive Assistant will manage executive calendars, meetings, and travel coordination
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for leadership review
- The Executive Assistant will act as a key point of contact between leadership and internal/external partners
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Preferred Qualifications of the Executive Assistant
- The Executive Assistant should have prior experience supporting leadership or managing complex schedules is preferred
- Must be highly organized and professional
Salary: $65,000–$80,000
