Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility

Job Description
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for a highly skilled and adaptable Executive Assistant to support a senior-level executive. This role requires a proactive professional who excels in a fast-moving environment and can anticipate needs while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and discretion. The ideal candidate is comfortable supporting a dynamic leader and managing competing priorities with confidence and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrative partner to a senior executive overseeing a large, cross-functional team
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Develop and refine executive-level presentations, reports, and materials for leadership and board audiences
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and ensure follow-up on action items
- Handle expense reports, document management, and day-to-day administrative functions
- Support virtual and in-person meetings by coordinating technology, logistics, and materials
- Assist with special projects, initiatives, and time-sensitive requests as assigned
- Coordinate leadership meetings, conferences, and occasional corporate events
- Collaborate with administrative partners across departments to ensure seamless executive support
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership
- College education strongly preferred
- Prior experience supporting C-suite executives strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Demonstrated experience creating polished, executive and board-level presentations
- Background in project coordination and event support
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
