Sabre is seeking an expert Executive Assistant to support the Product & Engineering Team. This person will report to the VP of Portfolio Strategy & Operations.
Provides analytical and specialized administrative support to relieve executive, administrative, and line and staff managers of complex details and advanced administrative duties. Executes special or continuous research and data analysis tasks. Analyzes problems, determines approach, compiles and analyzes data, and prepares reports/recommendations. Coordinates activities between departments and outside parties. Contacts company personnel at all organizational levels to gather information and prepare reports. Work is generally of a critical or confidential nature. Assignments may be found in various functional areas.
A successful candidate will have an enthusiastic and entrepreneurial work ethic and invest deeply in relationships.
Role and Responsibilities:
+ Provide full administrative support including and not limited to schedule management, domestic and international travel arrangements, expense/invoice management, communication support, legal document execution and administration, department operations and all logistics related to internal and external event/meeting planning for the Product & Engineering teams
+ Uphold high level of confidentiality while interacting and corresponding with team members and executives
+ Prioritize daily and future tasks to meet deadlines utilizing strong organizational and influential skills, follow-through and proactiveness
+ Develop, maintain, and edit presentations, spreadsheets, reports and communications at the highest level; proofread, and edit presentations as needed
+ Perform standard, advanced, and confidential secretarial duties, requiring broad experience and knowledge of organizational policies and practices
+ Manage administrative tasks such as report preparation and purchasing processes
+ Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
+ Minimum of 4 years of related experience in similar roles
+ Advanced level of English
+ Proficiency in computer skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional etiquette
+ Outstanding interpersonal skills, displaying friendliness and courtesy in all interactions
+ Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail
+ Proven ability in team collaboration, proactiveness, and problem-solving
+ Administrative degree, administrative/budget experience, and graphic design knowledge are a plus
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel expertise
+ Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
