Salary: $90,000–$120,000

Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- Provide proactive executive support including complex calendar management, travel coordination, meetings, and daily operations
- Serve as a key point of coordination between leadership, advisors, and external partners
- Manage special projects such as workflow improvements, research, and technology or process builds
- Draft and maintain executive‑level correspondence and materials
- Assist with expense tracking, budget monitoring, and light QuickBooks/Excel reporting
- Maintain organized records and handle sensitive matters with absolute discretion
Must‑Have Skills / Experience
- 5+ years of executive‑level administrative experience supporting senior leadership
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and proven discretion
- Comfortable working in a hands‑on, fast‑moving, collaborative environment
